I need more patience!

Wow, I have to ask everyone for patience with me. I have been delinquent in my devotions and blogging. Don't give you, keep returning to your devotions.

I really like the commentary from the devo; "patience and perspective go hand in hand... this allows you to wait patiently and learn when things don't go your way". Most of my impatience comes when I am most self focused.

God help me to see your perspective and stop measuring everything against my desires but to see what you want me to see and live for you!

What makes you feel impatient? Look for God's perspective and grow!

God bless you,

PJ

  1. Well I've had a detour. I have to choose whether to be irritated and impatient or to relax, trust God, and patiently wait for proper healing. My impatience has cost me down time from work, fishing (;<, choir, and the first session of the bible study I was looking forward to. My wife now has to spend extra time caring for me that should be spent resting after a day of work. I have caused worry and inconvenience. All simply because of impatience with the healing process. And so it goes with daily life. Patient trust in God each day leads to peaceful coexistance in all walks of life.
