This devo really focuses day to day labor. Yes, God is very interested in our business or work. God wants to use our business or work as a launching pad for doing ministry for Him. I have a son who stuggled with the idea of being a minister but he really wanted to do something else. I told him to find something that He loves doing, where he can use his gifts and talents and do it for the glory of the Lord. He loves fitness training and he started his own fitness business. We talked about everything needs to be done in a way so that you can use it for the Glory of God.
God is interested in our work... and he desires it to be used or done in a way that can bring Him glory.

I think God has directed me into the business I am in. Looking back I can see His hand guiding me. I consider myself fortunate that I enjoy my job so much at my age. Now, it is my responsibility to work hard so that others will see Jesus in me. My work is my mission field. It puts me into contact with many people, some who will not see Jesus anywhere else. Big responsibility there for me to live my life according to His Word.
