This devo today is a direct follow-up from yesterday! Understanding God's system of generosity requires an eternal viewpoint. Seeing life with heaven and God's great blessings and abundance as our goal.... not the here and now.
Is God generous to you? We typically look at the things we have "here and now". However, we need to look at our unmerited and undeserved forgiveness and our eternal home in heaven.
My God is generous to me... way beyond what I could ever deserve.
Think about the spiritual and the eternal. Yes, God is generous!

I cannot comprehend how much God has done for me and what He has in store for me, not only for eternity but for the here and now. His grace and salvation are free. A gift. All I have to do is accept it and live for Him moment by moment. He has paid the full cost and offers it to me. I must make the choice. Father, your generosity is far more than I deserve. Thank you so much. Help me to live in such a way that others will choose to accept your wonderful gift and live for you.
