I have heard people say: "You ole fool!" My birthday is on April Fools day, some people say that is the national holiday for Athiest. "Only fools say in their hearts. "There is no God." Psalm 14:1
I am probably more concerned about many of us who act like fools by the way we conduct our life. Today, April 02 devo is great for helping us focus on not being a fool. Frankly, our life style, attitude and actions are the best indicator to reveal if we are "fools". The book of Proverbs is a great read to help us identify those characteristics and actions.
I challenge you to faithfully read from Proverbs daily... on the first day of the month, read Proverbs 1, etc...
Remember, being wise by the world's standards is foolishness. True wisdom is found in God and God's Word. However, don't just read it, read it and use it to examine your own life.

It has always been hard for me to not judge someone who buys expensive things and still attends church. It is a ploy of Satan, but is something I struggle with. It is actually none of my business. What is my business is to see that I don't fall into the trap of foolishly going my own way and ignoring the business of the Father and the job He has for me to do. He has given me abilities and talents that He wants me to use. Father help me to be what you want me to be and to do what you lead and guide me to do.
