Wow

The more I seek God through reading the Bible, the more I find His wisdom and more I realize I need His wisdom. It is so important that I filter everything through the wisdom of God. I encourage you to find God's wisdom in the Words of God.

  1. God created this world, he knew me before I was born, he knows all the star's names, has reached out and placed them in the Universe. My wisdom or any wisdom not of God is truly foolish wisdom. Only by in-depth knowledge and the use of Biblical wisdom can we discern true godly wisdom. We as christians need always to evaluate wisdom supposely given from god to verify that this is truly of God. No offense pastor Joe, but just because a Pastor says it is Godly, does not mean you must trust only that Pastor's word, check spiritully to ensure it is in line with Godly teachings. The lies of the evil one occur everyday, as we grow in our christian walk, we must be aware that this is something that can happen, we must expect it to a degree.

  2. Another good word from the devotional showing us the importance of being in God's Word on a daily basis. If we are in the Word and communication with God daily, then when someone speaks a word to us, it can resonate in our spirit. As the devo stated "When you read the truth every day, you will get better at discerning...". I pray that the scripture I read each day will open my eyes and heart to see and hear Jesus more clearly, gaining more wisdom and trust.
