Have you ever said or had someone say to you, "Trust Me!"? We hear it in spoken word and we pick it up through the connotations of a conversation.
God is saying, "Trust Me!" Trust seems easy when He works in ways we like and when we don't understand we doubt Him rather than trust Him.
You might want to read Proverbs 3:5-6 and Proverbs 16:20.
I continue to grow in my trust of God... He is worthy, I am weak. I choose to trust Him.
God bless you,
PJ

So far these devotionals keep pointing to a central theme. Communicate with the Father through daily time in reading his word and in prayer. The more acquainted we get with God, the more we Trust Him. If I don't know a person how can I trust them. Once I begin knowing and becoming acquainted with them, then I chose to Trust or not. But without frequent communication and deeper fellowship there is no basis for trust. Father, help me to Trust you more and more as I spend time with you each morning and share my daily experiences with you. Thank you for being constant and faithful.
ReplyDeleteThese devos are so rich and good. I started a path that God led me to, as difficult and impossible it has seemed, I have trusted that God knows what he has for me. These devos remind me that I need this foundation of trust as I take this experience and fulfill His call. As I progress I have found that confusion, anxiety, nerves, lack of knowledge and general misgivings of what God sees in me has all been taken care of. While not entirely, I have my moments(LOL), I have with these devos fortified my building that foundation of trust and experiencing the trus glory of Christ walking with me and reading His Word. I am humbled everyday as I feel God's mercy and the Spirit speaking to me, I respectfully fear Him, praise His works and thank Him for His guidance.
ReplyDeleteStart with trust, work on the knowledge and experience the Joy.
